Processing Time

Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST Monday–Friday are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, or on weekends or holidays, will be shipped the next business day.

We also offer expedited shipping services. Additional courier options, such as FedEx, will be available soon.

Once your package has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. However, in certain cases, Clutch Elites may issue store credit at our discretion. Cash refunds are not offered.

Requests for store credit must be submitted within 30 days of placing your order. Credits may only be granted if your order has not yet been dispatched.

Approved store credits are typically processed within 2–3 business days and can be applied toward future purchases.
